The MSU Center for Community Engaged Learning (CCEL) has launched a new platform, Spartans Volunteer! This platform is a place for community partners to post community-engaged learning opportunities, engage with well-oriented college student volunteers, and provide a space for reflection and evaluation of the learning experience. This platform will provide broader access to MSU students, as well as improved student-community partner interactions.

Next steps

  • After attending a "Welcome to CCEL" session, please complete our Community Partner Registration Form
  • Helpful information in preparation for completing the form:
    • United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDG’s)
      • The MSU Center for Community Engaged Learning integrates these Development Goals into their community-engaged learning opportunities in order to better understand the learning outcomes and goals of the tasks being performed. Community partners are asked to identify up to three goals that best represent their organization’s mission.
      • Program Areas
        • Our Center offers an array of community-engaged learning program areas.
  • Once reviewed, a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) will be emailed to the authorized signer for their approval.
  • Once an MOU is on file with our office and both of our organizations have accepted the terms of the MOU, we will reach out to you and you can begin posting community-engaged learning opportunities!
