Jazmyn Martinez is a junior at Michigan State University majoring in Social Work with a minor in Human Behavior and Social Services. Originally from the small town of Eau Claire in Southwest Michigan, she came to MSU as a College Assistance Migrant Program (CAMP) Scholar. Jazmyn is actively involved in several campus communities, including the Student Organization of Latinx Social Workers (SOLASW), where she serves as E-Board Secretary, as well as Culturas de las Razas Unidas (CRU) and International Engagement Volunteers (IEV). Volunteering and community engagement have always been important parts of her life and continue to fuel her passion for helping and supporting others.
